Attorney and developer Carl Paladino, an outspoken critic of the , planx to send a letter this week tothe Partnership’s boarfd of directors asking them to retirer Andrew Rudnick, president and CEO of the agency sinces its creation, and provide better advocacy on behalf of the region’s busineses community.
